Collab Junction is an online intermediary connecting content creators with brands for paid and unpaid collaborations. We do not create or own any content posted by users. All collaborations are contracted directly between the creator and the brand; we act only as a facilitator.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Currently the Platform serves users in India only.

You agree to provide accurate signup and verification information. We perform manual review of identity and business documents and may approve, reject, or revoke verification at our discretion. Selling, transferring, or operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

You will not: post false or misleading information, buy or sell followers/engagement, harass other users, infringe intellectual property, circumvent payment or verification, post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or hateful content, or violate any Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

During the current free period, no platform fee is charged. Payments between brand and creator are made directly outside the Platform. Collab Junction tracks deliverables submitted on the Platform and helps ensure payment is released in a timely manner once content is approved, but we are not party to those contracts and are not liable for non-payment, non-delivery, or quality disputes — though we offer a dispute resolution channel.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Collab Junction a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote your public profile and listings on and through the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support; some records may be retained as required by law.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab Junction is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000 or the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months, whichever is higher.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
